Shipping Policy
Delivery times may vary depending on the customers location and the time of year in which the order was placed. Deliveries are made in the following manner: Mad Hatter Society ships using FedEx ground. On average, Mad Hatter Markets shipping times are within 24-hours, unless on weekends or a holiday. Product delivery times can take between 3-10 days. Mad Hatter Markets orders are normally delivered via FedEx or USPC and tracking information is emailed to you once the label is created.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unless the Mad Hatter Markets packages are delivered damaged, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event the Mad Hatter Markets items are received damaged, please take a picture of the product and email it to concierge@madhattersociety.com with the subject line "Received Damaged Items"
